What did CIU do?
We pulled together a webinar designed to empower members of the community to support people seeking asylum. Should they come into their community group groups asking them for help
What was the outcome?
With talks from Migrant Help, City Of Sanctuary, Shropshire Supports Refugees and Chris Child - current activities leader at the two asylum hotels in Shropshire, participants were left with no doubt as to the formal and informal ways that they could help and the organisations they could return to for further guidance
