The Game of Life – Empowerment Workshops
The Game of Life is a flexible, three-part workshop series designed to build self-awareness, confidence, critical thinking, and emotional resilience.
Participants can attend individual sessions or the full series, with content adapted to different audiences, settings, and needs.
Neurodivergent Support Networks & Inclusive Community Spaces
Cultures in Unity provides safe, welcoming support networks for neurodivergent people and for parents and carers of neurodivergent children.
No diagnosis is required — our approach is based on lived experience, mutual respect, and inclusion.
