A six week programme that helps people of all ages gain self awareness, connect to their bodies learn emotional regulation strategies and build confidence, all delivered in a fun and uplifting way.

Using music, movement, breathwork and visualisation, we guide people to tune into their bodies, learning to listen to their needs and express themselves safely and joyfully — with no pressure and no judgment. Delivered in a psychologically safe, trauma-informed environment, sessions build social skills, body-mind awareness, and emotional resilience, while offering options for those who are initially resistant to dancing.

With carefully curated playlists and supportive guidance, the workshop has three phases.

The movement, a guided visual meditation and a sharing circle.
